Steinway Artist Since 1974

“I attended my first concert at age seven and saw the majestic Steinway Concert Grand on the stage of Carnegie Hall. I heard the most beautiful sounds, at times caressing, at times powerful, coming from that serious looking instrument, and I was enchanted. The pianist was the great Artur Rubinstein. The Steinway piano has been a major part of my life and a steadfast companion. It has never failed or disappointed me at any time and was readily available everywhere in the world. The very high level of mechanical craftsmanship, an action which would immediately respond to my technical demands and nuances, as well as the rich full tone reverberation throughout the concert hall, made performing a very pleasurable and satisfactory experience. This fortunate mutual rapport between pianist and piano, made it possible to succeed, as much as possible, in achieving and expressing my envisioned interpretation of the music.”
