Today, Steinway remains at the helm of piano innovation. Over the past decade, the company’s improvements in craftsmanship and technology have resulted in greater precision, greater uniformity of touch and greater sound quality — ensuring that today’s Steinway is the finest Steinway yet.
When considering a pre-owned Steinway be sure to work with an authorized Steinway dealer and insist on a guarantee that your instrument is comprised solely of Steinway parts, as many non-Steinway dealers and unauthorized piano rebuilders use inferior non-Steinway parts, seriously compromising an instrument’s performance and investment value.
The following is a list of our current used grand and baby grand pianos. For more detailed information and pricing please call 314-344-1133.
Steinway M Mahogany SOLD
$49,500
Beautiful mahogany cabinet! One owner who purchased it new from us in 1998. The Steinway Model M is a medium-sized grand piano, measuring 5'7" in length. It offers an excellent blend of tone and spatial practicality - ideal for homes where a full concert grand might be impractical.

_________
Steinway Model M Ebony Satin
This 1981 piano was in a church (replaced with a beautiful new Steinway) where it saw many years of regular use, so we decided to restore it properly. The piano was taken completely apart. We cleaned the soundboard, refinished the plate, restrung the piano, and installed new Steinway hammers, shanks, and flanges. The ebony satin cabinet has also been professionally touched up. It is a reasonably priced, strong musical instrument with a great deal of life ahead of it.

________
Steinway Model YM Walnut
This 1932 Model YM is a variation of Steinway’s Model M grand, specially built with additional room in the case for the installation of a player system. However, as the Great Depression unfolded, the planned player mechanism was never installed. This piano has the qualities that make a Steinway a Steinway – it still sounds great after all these years, and better than most newer other brands. The action, however, would benefit from restoration work to bring the piano closer to its full potential, and the piano is priced accordingly.
