Steinway & Sons Concert Technician Training Program
The Steinway & Sons Concert Technician Training Program is a two-semester intensive study course at the Steinway factory in Astoria, NY. This program offers thorough, guided training in the practical skills that define high-level piano service — the same fundamentals applied in showrooms, schools, and on the concert stage. It is designed to build judgment using real instruments and real situations, in the place where Steinway standards are taught and maintained.
The path to the concert stage is earned over time, but this is where many technicians begin: with Steinway & Sons.
